The details
- 12 month price lock-in fee, $10K-$15K. Amount will be applied to purchase down payment.
- A mortgage pre-approval must be provided.
- Lease a 1-bedroom for $1,700-$1,800, we set aside $600 monthly to your downpayment
- or Lease a 2-bedroom for $2,300-$2,400, we set aside $800 monthly to your downpayment
The purchase
Finalize your purchase within 12 months (or sooner) while keeping the price locked in from day one. Your initial $10K-$15K deposit and accumulated monthly payments will be applied directly to your downpayment.

Our units, located on six floors, will charm you! Solaia offers a wide selection of one- and two-bedroom units, with the possibility of three bedrooms (upon request). Each unit has a heat pump, an air exchanger, five appliances, and parking and storage space included.
